As Senior Vice President of Programs and Education, Jana L. Henthorn is responsible for building The Cable Center's educational programs for the cable telecommunications industry, academic community and the public, as well as all aspects of the Barco Library. Formerly Vice President of Programs and Education, Henthorn leads ""Customer Care Central" for The Cable Center which is a collection of existing and developing programs and initiatives focused on providing the cable industry with resources to improve the customer experience.

Prior to joining The Cable Center in 2004, Henthorn worked as the Vice President of Affiliate Sales for A&E Television Networks, where she led the network sales team for sixteen states and two regional offices. From 1995-1999, Henthorn was Vice President of Operations and Service Fulfillment for Jones Intercable, where she managed corporate Customer Care for the cable MSO. She served on the National Board and Executive Committee for Women in Cable and Telecommunications from 1995-1999 and is a charter fellow of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. Henthorn graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and completed her MBA at the University of Denver.
