More and more networks see the value of extending their on-air programming online, and Food Network took full advantage with this compelling web series. Viewers who lamented their favorite contestants having been eliminated on the live show could re-engage, and watch even more of the competitive elimination format that never fails to get views. Winners of the web series gained re-entry to the on-air show, creating supremely watchable drama and driving retention.
