Fitch initiated coverage of Insight [ICCI], assigning a "CCC+" rating to its 12.25% sr discount notes due ’11. The ratings represent Fitch’s expectation that the MSO will generate positive and sustainable FCF this year and hold a strong liquidity position. It assigned a "B+" to the MSO’s 9.75% 5-yr sr unsecured notes and the 10.5% 6- yr notes. Fitch said the rating outlook for all ratings is "stable." It identified ICCI’s partnership with Comcast as a refinancing risk that will remain an overhang on the its credit profile.
