1Q isn’t over yet and TV Guide Channel says its local ad sales insertion base has grown by more than 1mln subs during the Q. Nearly 26mln TV Guide Channel subs can be reached by local advertising, with Time Warner Columbus, Comcast Minneapolis and Charter and Comcast Sacramento among the major market systems to begin inserting local ads on the net this year.
