SVP, Technical Operations – Residential

Time Warner Cable

Picciolo has overseen the expansion of products and services at Time Warner Cable, including increasing Internet speeds and expanding WiFi availability. She loves staying close to the action, noting that her favorite part of the job is “getting out and about to the various operations to hear what is going on first-hand.” She’s also hugely committed to philanthropic efforts, including the Desert Aids Project, Manhattan Beach Education Foundation and a variety of STEM-education organizations.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
Staying close to the action of the business is my favorite part of the job! Getting out and about to the various Operations to hear what is going on first-hand. I truly enjoy “skip levels” where we talk about how we’re doing and how we can always make things better for our employees and our customers.

How do you define success in the workplace?
Where teamwork is the norm! A workplace in which employees are engaged and truly interested in making it a better place to work, invested in the company’s future, and focused on the customer experience.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
I wish I had one! When someone truly figures this one out, drop me an email… I have been working on it for years…
