The winners: "The Brothers Garcia" (Nick); "Chappelle’s Show" (Comedy Central); "Hey Monie" (Oxygen); "And Starring Pancho Villa as Himself" (HBO); "Hell Up in Hollywood" (AMC); "Al Roker Investigates" (Court TV); "Jasper, Texas" (Showtime); "Outside the Lines" (ESPN); "Special Correspondent" (Zee TV) and "Turnstyle" (BET). — Sister pub Communications Technology mag named Comcast its "Operator of the Year." — Court TV original film (and CableWORLD Pub Aff Programming Award Winner) "Chasing Freedom" was nominated in the Made-for-TV Movies category at Banff. A&E’s "Mayor of Casterbridge" and HBO Emmy winner "My House in Umbria" are also up for the prize.
