Fox Sports Net and the Sonics agreed to a multi-yr deal that will have the cable net televise at least 70 games beginning next season. — FX greenlighted 13 episodes of "Rescue Me," starring Denis Leary. The net’s 3rd original drama focuses on the lives of men in a NYC firehouse. — Props to CNN for being the only news net to provide live coveage just past midnight ET Sat of the landing of the 2nd probe on Mars. — ABC Family will premiere kids toon "Power Rangers Dinothunder," Feb 14. — Kim Delaney ("NYPD Blue") will star in upcoming Lifetime original movie "Infidelity," about the consequences of a married woman’s adultery. The net also signed Lauren Holly for "Tenn P.I.," which tells the tale of a woman out to prove that her husband is a serial cheater and, in the process, stumbles onto a murder case. — Outdoor Channel announced the 5 finalists for its 2nd "Win Your Own Fishing Show Contest." The public can vote for its favorites at http://www.outdoorchannel.com. The winner will be announced Feb 13, 7:30pm ET. — CNN is reorganizing bureaus in a streamlining move. Its 11 US bureaus will report to 4 regional bureaus-the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Western. The DC bureau will be a standalone, headed by ‘NewsNight" exec prod David Bohrman. He succeeds Kathryn Kross, who moves to an unspecified job. No major job losses expected. — Comcast [CMCSA] struck an HD deal with N TX CBS affil KTVT, just in time for Sun’s Super Bowl. The system began carrying the HD signal Fri.
