Taylor oversees the human capital strategy in support of Cox’s long-term operating plans. In that role, she works with executive teams to drive talent management and development, organizational development, employee engagement and retention, labor relations, diversity and inclusion, rewards and workforce analytics and human resources technology systems. She still makes time to be involved in the community by fostering student education development through speaking engagements and speaking on boards and organizations including WICT. Her favorite part of the job? “Developing solutions to problems through teamwork and collaboration resulting in effective execution on strategic business initiatives,” she says.
