SeaChange International: Michael Bornak has resigned as CFO, effective May 31. Anthony Dias, the company’s chief accounting officer who has been promoted to senior vice president, will serve as interim CFO until a permanent officer is named.
Siemens Enterprise Communications: Mark Greenquist joined the company as CFO, directly responsible for finance, treasury, audit and compliance, procurement, performance controlling and information technology. While at Telcordia Technologies Inc., he served as president/CEO.
Microsoft Corp.: Amy Hood was named CFO, succeeding the outgoing Peter Klein, who will remain through the end of June to help with the transition. Hood had been CFO of the company’s Business Division.
Amino Communications: Martin Wilks joins the IPTV company as director/Engineering. Sporting more than a decade of experience in the set-top-box market, he will oversee software and hardware development of the company’s Aminet and Live range of devices. Wilks had been CTO at Harvard International plc, responsible for the development of digital products for the home.
