ThinkAnalytics and cable MSO software provider UXP Systems announced a pre-integrated offering to deliver user-level personalized recommendations for next-gen video providers. UXP Systems’ MINT User Lifecycle Management module and ThinkAnalytics’ Search and Recommendations Engine are now integrated to go beyond video households, generating highly personalized, real-time content recommendations with a single sign on for each individual user profile.

“By adding ThinkAnalytics as a preferred partner to our existing integration ecosystem of over 30 applications, we are encouraging operators to get personal with the recommendations services they are offering their customers," said Jay Deen, Chief Technology Officer at UXP Systems. "Operators are familiar with the complexity of breaking down the household to individual users; and our MINT User Lifecycle Management product provides the leading platform to do just that.”

The solution lets operators maximize analytics investments and create personal relationships with household users. According to Peter Docherty, Founder and Chief Technology Officer, ThinkAnalytics, the paybacks come in the form of subscriber satisfaction and increased VOD sales and aid greatly in household content personalization.
