Time Warner Cable: Effective Thursday, Arthur T. Minson Jr. will return to the company from a stint at AOL to become executive vice president/CFO, reporting to Chairman/CEO Glenn A. Britt. He is replacing current Executive Vice President/CFO Irene M. Esteves, who is leaving the company. Minson will oversee TWC’s finance functions, including treasury, accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, M&A and investor relations. He also will be responsible for such corporate services as supply chain and business affairs.
