A graduate of the WICT Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, Wilson jumped to tech after starting with TWC in 2000 as a media relations manager. In a past life, she was community relations director for the Washington Redskins. That helps explain who she’d most like to swap jobs with for a month: “An NFL linebacker,” she says. “As a kid, I was a tomboy and always wanted to play football and be a linebacker.”

What’s your favorite part of your job?
The people. I’m lucky to work with an amazing team of talented individuals and an incredibly supportive boss.
 
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
Breathe… and prioritize whenever possible. Decide what is most important and go with it.
 
Who would you want to swap jobs with for a month and why?
