Eleni Stratigeas, Scripps Network Interactive’s svp, business & legal affairs and corporate secretary, grew up in Salt Lake City. As such, she loves to ski and watch winter sports. She’s also a spinning and boxing fanatic, which works well for her, she says, because she’s a foodie and loves to entertain. Also, this: “I volunteer teaching Greek dance to 1st and 2nd graders, which you will see in the attached picture (I am in the center),” she says. Eleni has two young kids with her husband and calls herself a “swim mom.” “On weekends I seem to spend an inordinate amount of time at swim meets watching my daughter,” she says. Meanwhile, her latest addiction is Pinterest.
