Bell made significant progress in growing awareness and ad recall of the WOW! brand by implementing myriad marketing initiatives for both residents and commercial lines of business across all of its service areas. The WOW! brand health study returned a 12% increase in brand awareness as a result of an increased focus on targeted local advertising and community involvement. She also helped roll out WOW!’s integrated billing option with YouTube TV as well as upgraded speed tiers and simplified pricing along with WOW!’s Price Lock Promise.

“During COVID, when we were all working at home, I found happiness seeing fresh flowers in the house. They not only brightened my day and reminded me to take a moment to stop and of course “smell the roses”—or whatever flowers were in the vase—but also became a much-needed creative outlet. Since then, I love to create arrangements for special events and for family and friends any chance I get. I’m still working on my technique but who knows, maybe this will blossom (pun intended) into a new side hustle.”

Who is a female athlete you admire and why? My mom! An unconventional choice, yes, but for as long as I can remember my mom has made fitness a part of her routine. In the early days, it was Jane Fonda in the basement, then Jazzercize classes (she was even an instructor), then running, then spin and Pilates, the list goes on. Now at nearly 80 years young and after hip replacement surgery, she is still going strong, working out at the local rec center and playing pickleball 5 days a week—watchout she’s got a mean serve (we call her “the Slicer”)!
