Shibata oversees the financial performance and operation of the NBCU Cable Entertainment portfolio, far from an easy feat. She’s been with the company for 11 years, and played a key role in the renewal of “WWE Raw” on USA and the rebranding of acquisition Craftsy to Bluprint. Elevated to her current role in February 2015, Shibata will continue to focus on monetizing original content and new distribution platforms. Outside of the office, she and her husband own and operate two Japanese restaurants—one in NYC’s Lower East Side and one in Tokyo.
