Kwolek is charged with developing strategic planning and implementing MCTV’s marketing, including traditional and digital campaigns, integrated branding, advertising, PR and social media tactics. She also oversees MCTV’s commercial sales department and Safeguard home security division. This year she was responsible for reorganizing and implementing a strategic approach for the marketing and sales department at MCTV, as well as successfully developing and launching a marketing and media campaign for Excellerate, the company’s fiber-to-the-home Internet technology. The best professional advice she’s ever received: “If you want something you have to go after it and do everything in your power to accomplish the goals you set your mind to.”
What has been your biggest professional accomplishment to date?
I developed and led a low budget national media relations campaign for a national leading retail store which garnered more than 43 million impressions in nearly 40 markets across the country.
