Washkowitz has spent more than six years building YouTube TV into the monster distribution platform it is in the pay TV space. She leads the team that secures carriage deals and manages the relationships with all TV and film partners on YouTube TV, a role in which her skills not only as a people manager but a thought leader come into play. Beyond her department, she’s sought after by colleagues across Google for her cutting-edge thinking on new and innovative ways to approach the evolving industry.

Who is a female athlete you admire and why? There is a long list. I loved seeing more WNBA and female athletes on YouTube TV this past season. Having said that, the female athlete I’ve recently come to admire is Coco Gauff. She has captivated audiences from a young age and her persistence and determination is allowing her to reach new levels. She isn’t afraid of the status quo and best of all, she’s just at the start of her career.
