Calhoun this year added oversight for Paramount Television Studios communications to her role and worked across all areas of the company’s programming to deliver targeted earned media campaigns with meaningful scale. She’s also leading the charge on the expansion of the network’s streaming narrative. Her passion is empowering young women, whom she educates on opportunities within the industry.

Who is a woman who has inspired you? My mother has always inspired me. She is compassionate, strong, and loyal to her friends, family and her faith and has always supported me 100%.
What unique challenges do women still face in the workplace? Even though we are seeing more women in top roles at many companies’ women are still underrepresented at many levels and there is still an issue with equal pay between women and men at every level.
