NBCUniversal’s Content Distribution team went to the experts at Verizon and XR creative agency Trigger to create an augmented reality to live exclusively on Verizon set top boxes. Featuring NBC series “La Brea,” the experience brought fans into the sinkhole to find classic objects from the show. Featured objects included everything from the Wilshire Boulevard street sign and a baby rhino. Fans that made it through the sinkhole gained access to an exclusive deleted scene.
