A 25-year telecom veteran, Chambers leads the vision and strategy of Segra’s information systems and infrastructure and has recently spearheaded several migrations and implementations. Through her work with organizations like the Dottie Rose Foundation, she helps influence the next generation of women in technology.

What’s something you admire about Gen Z? I admire their curiosity and their willingness to question and challenge the environment around them. Technology has been so native in their lives, and they are fearless adopters. They’re also thoughtful about the work and life experiences they want to have and are influencing corporate cultures and policies as a result.
