AMC Networks is taking on AT&T. In an FCC complaint, the programmer claimed that AT&T is attempting to cause severe harm to AMC and AMC+ for the benefit of AT&T-owned TNT and HBO. Signs of more potential programming squabbles could be seen in 2Q20 earnings reports. DISH's Charlie Ergen said he thinks programmers should re-evaluate how much they should charge linear TV operators to carry their channels.
