Winner
Oprah’s Next Chapter, OWN
There’s a reason she’s deemed the Queen of Talk, and while her daily syndicated series may be over, newsmakers still clamor to bare their souls to Oprah. The list of high profile interviews on “Oprah’s Next Chapter” is impressive: Lance Armstrong’s exclusive sit-down after being stripped of his 7 Tour de France titles, a post-rehab Lindsay Lohan heart-to-heart, Cissy Houston’s first in-depth interview since daughter Whitney passed away. And through it all, Oprah asks the questions we’re dying to hear the answers to with her characteristic wisdom, compassion and healthy skepticism.

Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell – FX – If you haven’t caught this show yet, do yourself a favor and watch. Bell will do more than make you laugh. He’ll make you think.
