Quotable

“We can all go out and do deals with some of the biggest names in Hollywood, but that’s not what this is about. It’s really about creating a new pipeline of opportunity for new people to come in and share their stories… Diversity is inviting more people to the party, but inclusion is really when you get to the party being asked to dance. A lot of people can get a seat at the table, but are you being heard, are you participating, have you been invited to actually dance? That’s where we feel like we come in and that we are going to be able to make a difference.” – TV One and CLEO TV pres Michelle Rice at SCTE-ISBE Cable-Tec Expo
