With a somewhat controversial first draft and witnesses butting heads, the House Communications subcmte hearing on reauthorization of the Satellite Television Extension and Localism Act Wed was anything but a smooth ride. Throw in a bunch of Democrats unhappy with the current language, and it is clear that there is a long road ahead.
