FCC Encourages Learning Without Limits Through E-Rate

FCC Chair Jessica Rosenworcel is ready to make some changes to the E-Rate program. During a speech at the American Library Association’s annual conference, she asked her fellow commissioners to support a proposal to allow E-Rate funding to support WiFi access on school buses and hotspots in places like schools and community libraries.
