Form 477 Laid to Rest
The FCC adopted an order last week sunsetting the collection of broadband deployment through Form 477. Instead, filers will submit their broadband and voice subscription data through the Broadband Data Collection system. The agency said the move will reduce burdens on providers by eliminating the need for concurrent filings in both the Form 477 and BDC systems.
