FCC Commits to Protecting Consumer Data and Privacy

FCC Chair Jessica Rosenworcel is putting her foot down on data privacy, establishing a Privacy and Data Protection Task Force. The working group will be led by Enforcement Bureau Chief Loyaan Egal and coordinate across the agency on the rulemaking, enforcement and public awareness needs in the privacy and data protection sectors.
