    Julia Franz stepped down as Fox Entertainment Head of Comedy Development after three years. Former SVP, Comedy Development for 20th Television Cheryl Dolins will fill in as SVP, Comedy Programming and Development, where her duties include managing the development and production of the company’s comedy programming slate.
