CenturyLink Pays Up To End Enforcement Bureau Investigation
CenturyLink has agreed to pay $550K to the US Treasury to resolve an FCC Enforcement Bureau investigation into whether it violated the Communications Act of 1934 by placing unauthorized third-party charges on customers’ wireline telephone bills.
