NCTA Wants to Click to Cancel Proposed FTC Rule

NCTA joined together with the Electronic Security Association and the Interactive Advertising Bureau to submit a petition for review against the FTC’s recently adopted “click-to-cancel” rule in the Fifth Circuit.
