Cox Cites Twitter ISIS Ruling in $1 Billion Music Piracy Appeal

It’s been more than a year since a three-judge panel from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit heard Cox Communications’ appeal of a $1 billion jury award against it for its internet customers’ illegally downloading music.
