Survey Shows Gains for People of Color, Stumble for Women
NAMIC and The WICT Network released the executive summary for their 2024 AIM/PAR Workforce Diversity Survey, with a key headline being that representation of people of color increased by 5 percentage points from 37% two years ago to 42% now.
