Spectrum Matters
Sens Roger Wicker (R-MS) and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) introduced a bill that would require the net proceeds from the C-band spectrum auction to be deposited into a reserve fund to be used to expand broadband access and digital opportunity, modernize the nation’s communications infrastructure, and meet other connectivity priorities.

NCTA Opposes Trump EO

June FCC Meeting
The FCC’s four commissioners voted unanimously Thursday for a proposal that would vacate a 2008 order for leased access rules, which require cable ops to set aside channel capacity for commercial use by unaffiliated video programmers.
