Skydance Tells Paramount to Stop Bronfman Talks
Skydance Media is laying down the law with Paramount. After Edgar Bronfman Jr. officially submitted a bid to purchase National Amusements, Skydance is now accusing Paramount’s special committee of directors of breaching the terms of its deal by extending the go-shop period the two sides agreed to.
