NUL’s Urban Empowerment Fund now CDFI

The U.S. Department of Treasury certified the National Urban League’s Urban Empowerment Fund as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), boosting the ability to deliver capital to minority-owned small businesses in urban areas.
